Welcome to this episode of Menopause Conversations with my guest Ali Daines - who is a menopause advocate, campaigner and volunteer for the Make Menopause Matter campaign founded by Diane Danzebrink.
What is so powerful about this episode is how Ai has turned her pain into her power and again its vital that we hear the real life testimony of those who've not experienced the best support, advice or medical help. Its only by knowing what actually happens that we stand a chance of changing things in the future.
Ali brings a lived experience that will resonate with many experiencing menopause - because she had. number of medical experiences in her 20's that contributed to her arrival at Surgical menopause through having a total hysterectomy.
