Today I share what I ate in a week, as part of my menopause diet plan to lose weight and keep it off, without going hungry or feeling deprived. Losing weight when we're over 50 and going through perimenopause or menopause can be a lot harder, when we're going through the age of change. We need to change our exercise routine, as well as make changes to our diet to support our weight loss.

This was very enjoyable. I'm 47 and in perimenopause and I don't know know what the hell is going on with my body. I've been looking for videos addressing daily meals, this one is perfect. Thank you for being so thorough.

@@HolisticMenopauseWellness weight gain, lack of enthusiasm about most things, shortened patience, trouble sleeping. I saw my doctor last week who prescribed a hormone replacement but it costs over $200, so back to the drawing board.

We were trying to cut back on carbs, which is why I made cauliflower rice to go with the ribs 😉
