usually you can cut the belt and reattach the buckle from the other end, at most you need to drill a pair of new holes for the screws

Well I love that hack but I won't do it on my own because I hate having sticky marks with dust on my things. A great alternative is to use velcro, it's reusable doesn't need to be replaced every time you use it. Still awesome recommendation brother!

I use that hack to and it is effective but later that day the adhesive will wear off, also you will have to remove it when you will use the bathroom of course

Agree with other commenters go with kore belt they click to your exact size and when you trim it you make sure the excess is just 2-3 inches past belt loop.

No professional working adult should do this. An OS belt is supposed to be trimmed on the buckle end. Property sized belt should fit ur waist size from buckle to the middle of the hole.
