Is there really a way to determine if the armhole is low or high from the photos? I mean I buy suits on eBay or platforms like that, with measurements there I can pick the right suits, none of them has collar gap, but their armholes are largely cut, and it makes jacket to "bend" or "break" when I put my hands up. So is there a way to determine it from the photos before buying second hand? Thank you so much for the video.

if arms are put infront and at the back of the shoulder and the back the material feels thigh does that mean that the jacket is small?

Tight through the back, then if it's used it might have been taken in for a smaller shoulders. Int that case there might be material a seamstress can work with.i have a brooks brothers that has all the same measurements of all my other brooks brothers but it's very tight in back my alterations lady took one look and said oh yeah I can fix that.

I find Italian Jackets to be a bit shorter than the English drape when covering the seat. When I find one that has the right length the jacket is Way too big. Great upload. Will definitely check out the channel.

I have shorts thighs so I wear 42rs and get the sleeves and jacket length tailored. 42s are above my crotch and above my wrist so it’s easier to get a 42r tailored

Well done. This is great. As a stylist, I I have these conversations on a daily basis. I have to add: At the 2minute mark... Waraire Boswell. He is an amazing tailor and designer, with whom many basketballers and NFL players go for their tailoring (he did the Red carpet outfits for some of the Black Panther actors). Based out of L.A. in case anyone wanted to look him up.

No wonder nobody wears them anymore. You have to have standard figure if you want jacket to fit well otherwise you pay tons of money to make them fit. Tailors are dying breed too.

See how the celebs at the award show looked very sloppy in their suits and tuxedo, its a shame too because they have no excuse. I see ill fitting suits on t.v. all the time, Mostly too small. The suit is to flatter you regardless your shape.
