This topic of paying salary to females on taking excess holidays during periods is subjective (except in case of excessive sickness if advised by doctor). It's not about periods, which in itself leads to pain and other symptoms of course, but sometimes females use it for taking holidays for entertainment even if they don't go through periods at that time. 🧐 The state of Kerala and Bihar have already allowed women state govt employees to take rest on the day of their periods, which is a good move. 😊 May be more govt implement it in future, which will act as an encouragement for other private sectors as well.

Taking leave is not a solution because even when women take leaves, they start working inside the house.
