Maybe because I too feel lonely at times, even in a room full of people. There's this constant fear in our minds that if we talk to the other person and share our ordeals(sadness), we might disturb the other person. But I'll tell you Shweta, if we think about it slightly in a positive way, we can do wonders. I know it's very east to say but still, nothing will go wasted if we give it a try. Whenever you are free or whenever your mind is empty (because that's when all negative thoughts come into our mind), just listen to some good music. No sad music. Do a 30 Day Song Challenge (google it). Work on your body, stay fit. Eat healthy. Spend time w parents. And if you're not v open to them, read books. If novels are not your thing, start by reading: Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Suppandi, Chetan Bhagat's books for that matter. Durjoy Dutta's books. Download Pinterest App and follow some doodle and craft pages. Learn to draw. Read motivational quotes. Watch movies. Basically, try to make yourself comfortable with your ownself. Aur kisi ki zaroorat hi na pade. Love yourself so much that you don't need anybody else. And if you are around people, try to talk to them. You never know, gradually they may help you feel less alone. :) Now, go and listen to some songs by One Direction. Even if people call you stupid, listen to those songs. Because jab tak anything is making you happy, baaki jo bhi koi bole shouldn't matter to us. Also, watch Permanent Roommates by TVF if you haven't. ^_^ Good luck girl! ❣️
