Georgekutty sold 2 acres of land and that's how he got money :-) The initial lag is intentional. It's like building a bridge. First set the pillars right then place spans. The build-up needs time and there are many clues in the first 50-60 minutes which we understand near the climax. Also the writer tried to depict the trauma of the victim (elder daughter of Georgekutty) and the mental stress of her mother too.

The first 1 hour is relevant ‘cause there is a lot of setup for the twists in the final act... like his wife complaining to her friend that Georgekutty has started drinking off late and later him casually asking the security guard if the building has CCTV.

I genuinely feel sorry for Zain in this review. Either these guys did not prepare a script before starting to shoot. It's just that there was no chemistry during this review. They did not focus on the movie's plot at all. The movie is a brilliant sequel yet there was comments about Mohanlal's acting or the performance of the supporting cast. Just naming them and making fun of Malayalam cinema. Perhaps the only focus made was on "Georgekutty's rise from Cable to theatre, which is not even that important of a topic. I don't really care about Shubham much because he adds humour to the set but was extremely sad to see Zain just looking down and listening to him dissecting the plot and not adding anything to it. Really disappointing review guys. I understand that Zain was away as it was his wedding but ye review karne se acha hai ke karte hi nahi. Also the Banandi and Jhagiya plot in the beginning is getting a little over the edge and isn't funny anymore.
