As a Master’s student in Sport Psychology, listening to Dr. mike is the fuel I use to stay on coarse at times🙏🙏🙏🙏

I've been dealing with a lot of lack of confidence in the last 2 years that has led to not performing the way i know im capable of. This video definitely helped to understand some of the things i need to work on to unlock my potential. Thanks for these videos

Just go to God and He’ll give you all the confidence you need ✝️🙏🏿 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31

I agree with the part about love in the game. I used to play soccer professionally but certain people ruined the fun of it ended up retiring early and switching sports. I hope i continue to love football.

Love the tidbit on visualization at the end 🤩🤩🤩 having experienced that in sport growing up, it is fascinating to me to teach these elements of sports psych to athletes and clients 🙌🏻 doing it for the love of the game ❤

@@michaelb5767 Calmness is a mental skill. Stay away from the opinions of those who aren't in your shoes on your journey. Theyre only solidifying knowledge of what most great athletes have accomplished w/o a shrink to help, for young athletes to follow what Willie and the other dude are saying is not cringe. I didn't have access to this knowledge of practicing mindfulness until my 20s. There's not a bad time to practice mental health. You ignoring what 2 greats have to say is pure cringe, thinking you're better than the ones breaking it down right in front of you. Good luck I ain't mad take a fuckin seat though there's football today
