I enjoyed the practicality of your video. Having a good time while playing and being grateful for being on the course (and not at work!) is great redirection tools and so true, I’ve never understood people who throw clubs, get mad and never chat and of course agree with you on the breathing techniques especially during matches and tournaments when everything counts. I’m aiming to get from 5 to scratch this year and I’m glad I found your channel! 🎉🎉

Yep, I would say mental is key, once you get the other things in line. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been on the cusp of breaking 80, only to choke on the last couple holes.

I tend to have better recovery shots on average, after a crap one. It seems to be the only time I can really recall on command the information to hit a good shot, but that focusing my brain snaps into reminds me the confidence I have to hit this next shot the way my last one should've been...that confidence to follow up a bad shot with a good made me totally not care about feeling embarrassed by an awful strike while people watch
