Wow, incredible sermon; better than the churches, “go hide in isolated part of nation, in caves” which many in churches out here have done and still believe in (taught by many). Love it, the *honesty of self-focus of churches. Saving self becomes the focus.

I really appreciate what you said about potential elders getting it right at home first. I once attended a church where half the elders were terrible husbands and it sets the tone for the whole church. There has to be some way to better vet men being considered for the position.
