Thank you very much Alex. Your talk was very helpful to me and I will listen again. I was pleased to find you today. I live with bipolar disorder and the last few days have felt my mood going low. Your talk reminded me that I paint my thoughts which depending on the brushstrokes can indeed cause me much suffering. I continue to be encouraged by the existence of my innate well being to lessen if not eliminate my pain. Thank you.

Hey Barb, this is beautiful thank you for sharing this :) For me the understanding of my innate wellbeing has cured a lot of my mental sickness. There's not anything. to do with the information other than know how the system works and this has been incredibly freeing for me

Sydney Bank's teaching is simple yet profound. I struggle to really understand the 3 principles. I sense that at the core it is pure love, truth and wisdom. This is the state Syd Banks refers to as "home". Your video has helped me to get a better grasp of the principles. The idea that life is a blank canvas upon which we use thought to paint our reality. Thank you.

This is awesome, thanks for sharing. I don't think we ever fully understand the Principles - our understanding can over ever keep deepening and this what's wonderful about looking in this direction

In my experience there's nothing to be helped if you see the true nature of where your thoughts and feelings come from. There's nothing wrong with 'your thinking' it's not even yours, it's just thinking. If you'd like to continue this conversation, please feel free to DM me on instagram @IAmAlexManzi
