I love the realtor website. Wherever the next duty station could possibly be I look up houses. We might not end up where I'm looking, but if we do I have some idea of what houses in the area are selling for. lol

Yes totally. Sometime even quicker. Conventional 12 days and VA 20 depending on area and timing. I would not push a super fast close like December 18 and on just because there’s a lot of holidays
