Good evening sir Government hospital doctor said im not eligible for certificate but 1. Im forgetting things everyday since 2018. 2. I have confusion in couple of things. 3. Even after 4 rivisions i retain only half vocabulary in 20 days. gap. 4. Im writting BA instead of AB. 5.skipping a Letter 6.writting two times a single letter. 7.i called cousin instead of aunty. 8.(door/gate) (may/december) (nikhil/vineeth) what im speaking, reading , felt insted of right one. What i do sir But doctor giving 3 types of medicines since im not eligible for even 1% mental illness

I was admitted into a rehab in mumbai twice when I was under influence of alcohol the rehab sedated me while I was inebriated and admitted me and kept me in rehab without my consent for 6 months and didn’t allow me to talk to anyone or family friends. Is this legal in India or mumbai in particular
