Hey Guys! As you know I’ve dealt with Mental Illness for most of my life and even battle with it today. I recently listened to Tom Macdonald “Withdrawals” I’ll be doing a reaction video to it as-well. I resonated with it a lot I am sure not going to let mental illness be the reason for my downfall or be the reason I never reach my full potential in life.

Thank you so much & it’s fresh homemade juice with a juicer so celery, pineapple, ginger , cucumbers literally a green juice in the morning and in the evening a citrus juice which is made up one oranges carrots lemon , pineapple and apples 🤍 I’ve been doing one juice in the morning then fruit at 1pm to warm my stomach up for a heavy meal around 5-7 after 7 no more door drink my second & last fresh juice for the day. I don’t use an app I really have just looked back at my timeline of my KZbin and see that I need to stay committed if you find a great app please let me know 🤍
