This mission is an alternative of The Lunatic. The Chinese's High Command saw that the Psychic Beacon has fallen to the separatist's hands and control the local force in Xizang. In the moment of time, the "Protagonist" Soviet General has sent Volkov and remoted Kirov in attempt to destroy the beacon without the permission from China (the same in The Lunatic but without Chitzkoi), but after seeing the Chinese doing their own job, the General decide to get Volkov escape instead. And soon the conflict will begin as the Chinese's High Command do not like the Russian's doing and start to teach them "some reason."
