The deed is done. What previously seemed unbelievable has now become a dreadful reality. With the combined efforts of the remnants of the free world, an endeavor to forge a path that might lead to a better, but distant future is made. The end of this story could be a beginning of another.
Mental Omega is the unofficial sequel for the strategy game Command and Conquer: Red Alert that retells the story of Red Alert 2 and its expansion Yuri's Revenge. The mod adds over 100 missions, more gameplay variety, balance and mechanics, brings a new 4th faction into the game and much more.

This is the first time I am able to see the mission being played at full speed, and it is smooth! Even my laptop is too pepega to handle it. Things look a bit harder because lag isn't present to save your fingers some time. Great playing! :D

"Dammit, don't tell me we're stuck in this cold for months!" Of course Tanya is the one complaining about the cold. Something tells me that all the Allied soldiers who had to fight in the hot African desert or South American Jungle while wearing all that heavy gear that probably felt like a stove while Tanya just fought in her trademark camo pants and tank top are finding the humor that the tables have turned and *NOW* they're carrying gear that is actually better for their current weather than Tanya did. :P

It helps a lot with building defenses since the more ConYards you have, the faster you can build stuff

If it helps, I have an intel i5 7600k, MSI GTX 1070 and 16GB RAM. I even have 2nd monitor that I use for other stuff and I can stream and record at the same time without performance drops.

@@resarium Nice that an i5 can handle this. It seems a good single core performance is also important since games whose engine is a early-2000 relic tend to run on single cores.

@@DJNicShogun Try to change your renderer settings in the launcher until you find something that works for you. I personally use CnC-DDraw

Soviet Russia is completely subsumed by Yuri, same with South America while the US has basically withdrawn back to Alaska to create a death fortress. The Soviets themselves evacuated to the moon to escape the influence of the mind control. Basically the Allies went super tech and create a time/space bubble that protects them from Yuri while the soviets went to space to create distance between them and Yuri while also making plans to try and reclaim Russia one day.
