Mental Retardation/ Intellectually Disability - Learn Parent Counselling

In this video we will be talking about how to conduct parent counselling to parents with intellectually disabled child. A basic understanding of the role of parents and their aspirations, coupled with a knowledge of interviewing, techniques will enable them to face these problems with greater assurance. In addition, a knowledge of the community facilities and resources is necessary. Guide for parents to understand there roles and problems they face after their child is diagnosed with mental retardation/Intellectual disability or during assessment procedures and how to work with their mental retardation child with almost safety and care.
