🔴Welcome to my latest KZbin video where I encourage you to try intuitive art for your mental wellbeing. You don't need any prior knowledge or skills to create intuitive art. Everyone has the ability to tap into their creativity and express themselves through art.
In this video I’m creating creating a peacock-inspired doodle, I discuss the powerful impact of the main colors used - green and purple - on your mood, health, and wellness. These colors have unique psychological effects that can promote relaxation, inspiration, and mental clarity.
☕️So, grab some pens and paper, and join me on this journey of self-discovery and self-expression through intuitive art. You'll be amazed at how fulfilling it can be. Let's create some art together and promote our mental wellbeing in the process.

Thank you Tracy for your comment! I apologise that the camera movements in my video made you feel dizzy. I understand that the constant motion can be disorienting for some viewers. In the future, I will take note to adjust the camera movements to reduce any potential discomfort for viewers while still capturing the essence of my creative process. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I hope that you can still enjoy my content in a way that is comfortable for you. Thank you for your feedback, and please feel free to let me know if there is anything else I can do to improve your viewing experience.

Your art style is beautiful--perfect! I especially enjoyed your video where you tell us how you got started in art, when, how you found your own unique style, how long it took to get there, etc. I've been doing realistic colored pencil art and, frankly, I'm over it--it bores me.

Thank you so much for your kind words! Art is a journey, and it's important to keep trying new things and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. So if you are bored of your coloured pencil art why not trying something different? You could experiment with abstract art, mixed media, or even try your hand at sculpture or printmaking. The possibilities are endless! Who knows, you might just discover a new passion along the way!

I always do it once and leave it for another day. When I look at it again I see areas that don’t feel right. A bit more time then look at it again. Until I’m satisfied.
