I don't comment to much, or tune into the live streams evrrytime. But the moment you upload I'm there. Your videos within themselves are a blessing and gawd man this year you've must have been my most watched youtuber by far. I've watched you videos for years since like the arkham knight unboxing. But I dunno what it was this year your videos we're just what I needed. I graduated this past year and I can for sure confirm life goes by so much faster when you get out of school. Because for me personally I was always just getting through the week for the weekend. Therefore my days felt so slow. But now I'm just working and trying to find time to do other stuff like see my friends and game. And what you said about the more and more you play games the less you like them. I completely agree. Sometimes I play them just to do something cause I'm so bored but I'm barely enjoying myself. It's not until I haven't played for a day or more when I come back for a few hours it's just so much better. I get that same feeling of being a loser when all I do is play them. Sometimes I'll just go outside and sitdown and listen to music to get away from all stuff around me. And admire the world. Life can get so hard sometimes and this past summer really showed me that. Cause all I was doing was working working working. And I felt like a robot. Cause I had no time for my friends. But now I have a new job and time to see my friends. And overall I'm so much happier it just takes getting out there and giving it all you got to give yourself a better life. To be frank, since society was turned upside down due to covid and the resulting lockdowns here in England, I’ve been through serious depression. I'm still a same gamer I used to be for the most part. After I finish playing a great game, I never go to the next game right after. I always take a break and sit on what I just experienced. Breaks can last 5 to 6 months. Not always, but they definitely can. I still very much appreciate gaming. They great ones at least.

To speak to the "enjoying video games less the more you play them" part I agree. That's why I've been practicing moderation heavily lately. I game and watch stuff like it's 2003. Never going back to binging entire TV series or video games in a couple of days. It's not healthy and you retain less information that way. Yo Gamer, just wanted to share with you a book/audiobook that a good friend of mine recommended to me. I personally hate self-help books so much because of how they all tend to eventually preach about productivity or "self-esteem" or how waking up at 5am equals success (lol) or sometimes how culty they seem. And as well most of them speak from a privileged point of view. But my friend told me to listen to this book titled "Untethered Soul" by Michael A Singer. It talks about our consciousness in a way that I never hear about. It of course addresses the ego, but it also goes into the heart. It's given me the tools to understand and put into words what goes on in my mind, and heart. I deeply recommend listening/reading it. This video hit home, and just thought I'd share with you what, among other things, has helped me. Could be something cool to listen to on your bike rides. Cheers, and have a Happy New Year sucka!!

I can relate to the mental health aspect as I've been struggling most my life which is self inflicted for me because I've always been a major recluse and struggled to socialise. Recently I came off meds and been a lot more proactive as they literally make you feel like a zombie and no one tells you that. So I'm grateful to have more energy that I never knew I thought I'd had. I just wish I could escape this feeling of loneliness that is the root of depression. It's that root feeling that I think keeps people stuck in that hole of depression and it's such a difficult cycle to break, many will suffer for most their lives to varying degrees with the most unfortunate ending up in a mental hospital. I count my blessings that I'm not on that extreme end although my depression is really bad for me. My only escape is honestly working in a school in my day job, I just wish I had more of a social connection going on for me because it's soul destroying seeing people in love with their own kids and lots of friends to hang out with. It's baby steps I guess for a lot of us lost souls in this life, I've started the year well at least and simply doing basic tasks lately for me is a positive that I need to build on.

Glad you didn't end yourself Jeremy. This year was okish for me I hope to start new a job/career next year cause the way it's looking my union isn't gonna win on a pay increase and better benefits. Work has been more stressful for me cause of that and being understaff 97% (plus with a couple of shit co coworkers doesn't help ) of the time so I feel my mental and physical Health wasn't the best like I'm not fat but I just been more tired and sore from work I just use my paid time off more than ever before. They're cool, but living with them every day is just boring, because they are both retired and just sit around and watch the news on TV all day long (which means constant negativity and fear mongering forced onto me). I've been focusing on finished my Bachelor's degree in economics at college. I got one more semester to go in Spring 2022. I am very excited to get a job and move out. Around August 2021, I decided to start doing more little things that has improved my mental health. I began taking cold showers in the morning - feels great. I started having more alone time to just be with me and my mind. I got into investing, particularly Bitcoin, which has been so amazing for me. It has reinvigorated my drive to learn. Which is huge. Its got me wanting to READ a book for the first time in years it seems. It got me feeling optimistic about my future finances in these crazy unprecedented economic times. And I also practically quit gaming. Been a hardcore gamer since age 5. It's just felt stressful and/or like a chore to play nowadays. But I will always be hyped for the big AAA experiences like God of War Ragnarok. Wouldnt say I feel great, but it's definitely not bad! Cheers, Jeremy.

2022 didn't even start and i'm pissed off, today my back tire was flat went to go put air in it and when i got down to take the cap off i see that the outside of my tire has thread and the inside steel mess is starting to come out. Sorry to hear about your hard times man. 2021...wasn't the best year for me. There was some good times with some new games that I played and enjoyed but there was more games that I didn't really enjoy or found disappointing. Looking back at 2021 it was more bad then good as there was too many disappointments and not just with games. I fell in a love with a girl and got my heart broken and I'm still single yet again. Plans not going well, etc. Great mindset poster you have there. I'm hoping so much for a better year in 2022. I hope everyone has a better year and this bloody pandemic might finally be over.

Game wise, I replayed FFR remake and GTA remasters. Played a shit ton of psp vita games on a hacked psp vita. Like a good amount of the ps1 catalog is on there. So it played a a lot of games... down to even playing a MMO for a lil bit. Definitely did a lot of gaming this year.
