Idea for a scoring system. They have to write down a guess after each clue and get a point every time they're guess is correct. Then they lock in a final answer when the meal is complete which should be 2 or 3 points. Gives a reward for figuring it out faster and presents the opportunity for heartbreak if they have it right but change their mind.

I had a feeling it had something to do with Elvis when Ebbers went from Royalty to Fried Chicken, and was confirmed with his “All Shook Up” and “Don’t be Cruel” references. Hahaha. I was right. Had he not given the second clue though, I would have definatly guessed his funeral. Especially given the "ending in tears (tiers)" clue. I was pretty sure they both hadn't been prematurely declared dead so I had to change my guess after the second clue.

6:35 My guess is Elvis's wedding feast; it feels fancy, yet also American South, and I know both Jamie and Barry are married. I was initially thinking maybe Elvis's last meal (after the fit for royalty clue) but then the second clue made me go with wedding. 8:14 Okay, now I am absolutely certain it's Elvis's wedding. A wedding ends in "tiers" because of the cake, and in the past I'm sure they made Elvis's famous peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwich (maybe in a battle? I seem to recall Mike talking about it).

I'm sure this will get swallowed up in the deluge of comments, but... Absolutely continue this series. And to play off the "game show" vibe, set some rules for the normals (e.g., actually keep it to N yes/no questions). I'm a "normal". My mother taught me to cook as soon as I could see over the table top (standing on a chair). I spent most of my younger years working in restaurants (from "fine Victorian dining" to "bar & grill"), and I love cooking. Watching you lot is and absolute joy. I have a notepad next to me whenever I watch, and I jot down the important bits that I can call on when I'm doing my own thing. Thank you.

Oysters *Rockefeller* made it clear where the event was from and -- based on when that dish was most popular -- roughly when, and the first clue meant it could only have been one person.
