Jab kisi ko chot lag jata hai aur khoon behta hai toh usko chupake toh nahi rakte . Basically yeh wohi hai. Uterus ke andar chot lagke khoon behne ko hi periods bolte hai. Aur iske bohot sare symptoms bhi hai jisse chupakar rakna possible nahi hai. Periods ko ek secret ki tarah rakhna hame iss society ne sikhaya hai. Aur isse kisi ko koi faida nahi hai, sirf aurato ka stress badata hi hai. Jab fertilisation nahi hota tab ye lining shed karta hai aur iske vajah se khoon behta hai. It takes 5-6 days cs thats how much time it takes for the wound to heal. This is what periods are. Yeh ganda blood ya hamare body ko bemariyo se bachane ke liye nahi kote. It is a wound and it bleeds till it gets healed.
