I just got this and it's my first time in a bike it felt like the level one was incredibly difficult resistance. Is that normal? It did not feel like a regular bike on a road

You can adjust it to spin almost freely if the resistance is low

@@TisforTech how? It is at level one and almost impossible to pedal. Wondering if something is wrong. It has scuff marks on the silver bit of wheel and I've only had it since this afternoon probably rode 20 mins

@@officeroinks8823 Did you release the wheel brake? There is a thing in red in front of the handlebars that is kind of like an emergency brake. If you have that engaged it's probably rubbing on the wheel.

You have to use one of the allen wrenches to adjust the screw that is in there. From the top if I recall...
