Meraki is Ninety One’s Electric Bicycle range and has gained massive popularity since its launch. We got the opportunity to test ride the Meraki S7 Alloy 27.5T Electric Bicycle and here is what we thought.
Pros:
Aesthetic frame design with a neatly concealed battery
Good acceleration on both Pedal Assist and Throttle modes
Comfortable and open chested riding posture
Cons:
The Battery is not detachable. E-Bicycle has to be near a plug point for charging

I purchased this cycle and my first-day experience is amazing. On a steep climb, the throttle doesn't help much, but you can't hold that against it as it won't go above 25-km speed limit and on climb, it won't handle the pressure. Apart from that, I commuted 26 km and it was a great experience. On city roads, it will sail. Tomorrow , I will try with the fifth level of pedal assist. Let's see how it goes. Regards
