If someone is trying to get the epic versions for transmog... the stealth parts are piss-easy if you just use your shadowstep-sap macro to jump over the big patrols. If that's not an option because the mob is too large, vanish and sprint past as many as you can, before shadowstep-sapping the furthest most isolated guard

at 6:50 u can see a stair case.. when u first start on the bridge jump off to the left and u can go up them stairs and skip 50% of the adds. :)

If you shadow step it makes that a ton easier and you can skip the middle part by just jumping into the water to the left of the bridge and shadowstepping a guard to get up onto the platform

@Awzomk The staff is a legendary staff named "Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest" accuired from the raid Firelands. It is not possible to do alone, you need the support of a guild (that still raids Firelands alot).

At the part where you're going past the sleeping dog, you can use Distract on one group to face them away and just stroll past. They wont detect you if you're directly behind them.

nice thing to add on defeating the boss is using cripling poison on your thrown, which turns in handy, cuz you can slow him 70% with a fan of knives or a deadly throw, in case the thrown slow wouldn't apply

for the stealthing part of the quest.. they wont detect you if they have their back to them, and also distract is a huuuuge help on that part, i got it done in about 6-7 attempts, and i came in from the stairs down on the left by the water instead of that annoying path.

An easy way for the gilneas portion to try getting to the guy u gotta kill is actually flying, now u dont want to fly all the way up or you will be ported back and the mage says "One doe's not simply fly into Gilneas City" anyway, you can fly to an extent, go left where the riverbank and you can fly all the way to the boss avoiding everything, for some reason they don't detect your circle but hey, i hope you guys find this information usefull

At 3:59, If you jump off the bridge, swim to the left, and shadow step to the guy who is walking up the ramp, It makes this part a hell of a lot easier.

I figured I post my comment about the daggers on this video. More relevant even though I seen it. Anyway, since you read comments, I am leveling a rogue, he is level 74, almost 75, and when I was decently geared, I was wondering if I should still go for the daggers. You know cause MoP is right around the corner. I was also wondering If I used a healer if it would work. A response would be nice. Nice videos man.

BEST way in I have seen is go down a few bridges till ur directly across from Creed then shadowstep behind a few gaurdes inbetween agroup facing away from eachother then shadowstep behind an add by a flag on the far side of it makesure the worgen is not walking towards u sap him and u can walk right in

@MrZinty I think he means you can pay 2k to get into a Hagara run to pickpocket her, so you don't need a guild etc.

Merc it should take roughly 18 weeks total to go from nothing to full legendary daggers 1 week for the Hagara pickpocket 8 weeks for the 333 gem things 8 weeks for the clusters 1 more week for Deathwings jaw Have fun :) Thanks for the video

@worldofpwncraft No, it's a phased type quest so the only people you can "group" with are other rogues on the same part of the quest. I dont think he mentioned that the guy does in fact have an enrage timer (at least it did) so you need to kill him within 2 mins. I just went pve spec and avoided all his aoe crap and bandaged when he was using the flame breath.

Best way to do this is find a rogue friend in SW/OGR team up and do the gilnaes part. doubles sap/distracts and makes the boss easier to down. You do not need to solo as long as both are doing the same phase.

I reckon they should have quest lines like these for all the Classes, the last time I did a good questline like this was when I was a Level 70 Warlock trying to get my Dreadsteed, those were the days!

The last part with the assasination quest.. there is a soooo soooo much easier way to do that. you can just jump off the bridge and go left, swim in the water and go up the second set of stairs the you are right where you were. Also shadowstep the sleeping dog.

Does the rogue have to be present for the killing of any of the other bosses?.... For instance could i do the raid on my DK tank then stop b4 boss come in on my rogue and do it then continue on my DK?????

I did the Gilneas stealth on 2nd try. You could've used water way from the main bridge to avoid 80% of patrols.

Isn't a helmet, it's a archaelogy item (Vrykyl Drinking Horn), when he uses, his helmet change to this.

@karatedigger95 I've seen rogues with no kills in regular DS but they have T1 of their daggers. You CAN switch to your rogue, pickpocket the ring, log and resume on your other character.

You didn;t use shadow step once, you can shadow step straight to the sleeping dog and skip the sneaky stuff

combat is way stronger for this since you can slow him without going for crip poison. Crip poison allows you to recup by just walking away.

Hey merc. You might want to add this tip/help for the boss ur going to kill: When you blind the guy, if you do have First Aid, you should use it, makes ur HP reg faster, wich makes everything better :)

@nawafoooh999 Thunderfury requires 2 items off 2 specific bosses with a droprate that's incredibly low. (iirc it was even lower in vanilla than it is now). And you had to fight probably 10 other people over it. That is if the Main Tank of your guild didn't get dibs on it in the first place. Getting TF in vanilla was not an easy feat.

actually i found a really fast short cut but you gota be careful if you jump to the left off the bridge and go to the docs but you gota be careful with that because it will unstealth you but i got to the dragon with that.
