Clay and myself got together today to start putting things back together. We installed the last guide rail, then we preloaded the chain tensioner with 20W50 and installed same using three M8 x 1.25 L: 50mm Bolts ( 80mm Bolts work better on w116). We then show you on how to set timing between crankshaft and camshafts and on how to install the distributor correctly to match the timing of the chain. Finally we close everything off and we do a oil pump pressure test to see if Clays engine survived the leaking injectors and the one shorted spark plug which broke down his engine oil.
