There's an aftermarket blowoff valve on this car, right? I don't see how an intake can make it sound like it has a blowoff valve when the car comes with a recirculation bypass valve and has zero blowoff noise when it does vent to atmosphere. If it really is just the intake doing that I would be amazed.

Sounds like you are amazed. The R&D test vehicle was completely stock, simply by installing the Eventuri intake following sound and turbo noises were achieved.

Hi! ITBs are supposedly even less restrictive than eventuri, but seems your intakes could free up more horsepower. Any idea/explanation?

ITB’s are only applicable on a NA engine. Also unless you enclose them in a box and route cold air to them you’ll suck in hot air. Also ITBs will change the harmonics of the intake system and you can lose drive ability.

Sorry but it actually won't sound the same as our A45's here in Europe , for some reason they restricted power to the Emira with the m139
