Excellent set of video's. I always used to hold my breath at the first start up even after nearly 50 years of work!

Thanks mate, I'm pleased you like the vids, your absolutely right I'm the same, alot of time and money goes into a job like that and it sure is a bit nervous as you do that first start up 👍

once theyve done some hours the inlets always tighten up on them DD13's, never seemed to cause much hassle tho. Some of ramages first batch of euro 5's did 600k without having the rocker covers off. Top job that, not a easy engine to rebuild.
