The RPM that you were talking about is actually the Cluster and in E63s AMG has their own digital cluster. Whenever you change the drive mode it changes itself. Just like in hybrid cars when you drive it in eco mode the meter turns into cyan blue or in some cars green. In AMG variants when you try to drive in Sports or Sports+ mode the meter aka cluster changes to total red color. Just sharing some info for you bro. Don't get me wrong.
