Got a 2003 C180 Kompressor. Can cruise up to 210-215 when by myself, or around 190km/h when with 3 other friends in the car. Just takes it's darn tim to get there. Although it's not as comfortable on Australian highways.

Yes, believe me, even with just one person, it still takes time to reach that speed. Nevertheless, I think the car is pretty good and reliable. It has its quirks, but if you stay on top of regular maintenance and replace wear-and-tear parts, it is a great value-for-money car. Quick question - I have never been to Australia. Are the highways there not flat and well-maintained? And by the way, thank you for your comment, mate!

@@OpenAutobahn Totally agree, car has been in the family for nearly a decade and has only broken down due to a fault starter in all that time. Reasonably fuel efficient for the luxuries and speed you get aswell. Most of the roads and highway I drive on in South-East Queensland are quite well maintained apart from road that is under construction. There are areas that can have shockingly poor roads, but it varies suburb to suburb. It's more so that the highway is not built for high speed, so it's comparably curvier, and steeper gradients. Our speed limits are a strict 100/110 km/h, keep in mind. Although, it is often much wider at around 3/4 lanes with similair size side barriers to the Autobahn from watching videos. Whenever I'm going high speed, it's at 2am on a weekday between Brisbane and Gold Coast. 50km of highway with no-one else on the highway. I do wan't to get experience on the Autobahn to really feel the difference Good video

@@water4816 Wow, its amazing that you have had the W203 for so long. Its a car that you either love or dont. There are many people who have good and positive things to say about it, and in Germany, many refer to it as a ‘retirement car.’ I like it and enjoy driving it. I hadnt thought about the speed limit, but youre absolutely right that the Autobahn is obviously built a bit differently from ours here in Germany. I hope to visit beautiful Australia one day and drive on the Australian highway as well. Thanks for your positive comment! Really cool and kind of you, mate

If you are hoping for a video about the Toyota Avalon, I have to disappoint you, at least for the near future, because the Toyota Avalon is not officially available in the German market. The Avalon was mainly designed for the North American market. In Germany and Europe, Toyota focuses more on models like the Toyota Camry in the mid-size segment, as well as the Toyota Corolla and Toyota Yaris for the compact and small car segments.
