I have a 1999 430. Ive owned AMGS but for the price the 430 is amazing. Yours sounds incredible. Im going to emulate your idea! Also have you ever thought about installing a DTE pedal hookup? Acceleration response time is much faster.

it was about $70 usd for just the tips, i cant remember how much the pipe was but it was inexpensive and i welded it myself

Are all 4 cats deleted? If so, did you get the check engine light to go out?

Yes all 4. The secondary cats were replaced with an X pipe. Those don't have any o2 sensors. You can get an o2 sensor extender to keep the CEL from coming on

Came with the car, i think they are off a newer E class. Fitment was perfect. Wider than stock but not crazy offset

I currently just have a muffler delete on my ML430 and its just kicked out the side. Just got pipe today to delete secondary cats and reconnect the rear section of exhaust to get it back over the axle and out the rear. Should be louder outside and quieter inside. @@nicholasrodriguez587 I think the wheels are off a newer E class AMG, they came with the car, 18x9 front 18x10 rear. Tires are 245/40/18 front and 275/35/18 rear. The fronts are too big, shoulda stuck with a 235
