probably 2010-2013. Its CLS pre facelift. Notice front lights, its pre facelift. After 2014 till 2017 they updated the front design. Back lights stayed the same

If you ask me I would say 225/30R20 or 235/25R20 (only from the optic)

I have the exact same style wheel, 255/30/20 front 305/25/20 rear. Lowered. Beware the thin side walls will pick up road noise, and minor potholes will bend rims
