the Miata is perfect for multiple reasons 1. as you mentioned, real life go-kart like handling 2. it's a convertible, so designing it to be a kart is insanely easy 3. japanese like nintendo

I mean, look at KartRider Drift, it did collabs with many brands by now mostly featuring 3 cars per brand like MK8 did, also its funny to see Kart-fied versions of a real car that look like those small children cars (i believe theyre called powerwheels?)

A CLR would be pretty neat addition to Mariokart. Although, I'd probably want it as a glider skin to properly represent its real life counterpart 😅

Idea for a Mercedes-Benz Themed Track Pack: Daimler North Loop: A 1-Lap Race on a 1/3 scale Nurburgring Nordschifele (Tourist Layout). Race starts and ends at the Tourist Entrance/Exit Straightaway. Mercedes GP: A 3-Lap race on a 1/2 scale Nurburgring GP circuit. Some ramps on the grass and dirt areas for boost-driven shortcuts. Autobahn Circuit: a 2-Lap race on a 1/3 scale version of the Late-1930s Avus Highway Circuit. Tons of boost pads for maximum speed on straights and the heavily-banked "North Curve". AMG Rally Circuit: A Technical Downhill (Uphill in Reverse) Point-To-Point race with tons of bumps and curves for creating boost.

I like the idea of putting the cars you mentioned in MarioKart as I think they are good choices, although I think that it’s going to be hard for Nintendo to change brands of cars at this point. Not only do they probably have an exclusivity contract with Mercedes, but the public might not liken too much to changing car brands now because they’ve established their partnership with Mercedes. Anyway, good video as usual!

In my opinion Nintendo should made a real brand suggestion for bikes and cars that vote what 3 bikes or cars gets added and making them a limited edition kart or bike obtainable by doing tasks or buying them all together

Real bikes as well would be phenomenal! Something like a Kawasaki Ninja or the Yamaha R series just seems like it would be absolutely perfect. Even for people who are not familiar with bikes, they just sound so cool being in a game like this

If they want to feature the SLR, they would need to get permission from both Mercedes and McLaren. I know a few years ago, both of those companies had some kind of beef with each other which was why the SLR never reappeared in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered. Also I think the SLS AMG Roadster and the CLK GTR (the much better predecessor to the CLR) would be nice additions to Mario Kart.

Yeah, the first generation GLA Class, known for its terrible reliability. Great way to promote such a garbage car that’ll have mechanical problems after a couple of months. I’ll just stick with a 2023 Toyota GR86, thank you very much.
