My dealer in Slovakia said beginning mid April they'll be only taking factory orders for the face-lifted GLC-s, which will include the new dash and the new diesel engines (and possibly more stuff, I forgot). So I guess it would be similar elsewhere in the EU too and they'll be in stock very soon.
