I just drove a 2023 C class loaner from my Mercedes dealership when I took my 2020 AMG E53 Cabriolet in for service, July 2023. Digital Light was active and the only time it gave me a warning of anything was when I was was going into a turn lane. It put a very faint triangle on the road, so faint that I thought I had imagined it. So while this animation is nice, it doesn't reflect real the world experience of Digital Light for now.

Sadly most of these features are restricted in many countries and not active, this disappointed me when i drive my new s class

@@professor1915 i heard from another video with a BMW X6M that the laser light was forbidden in the US but regulations were on the way. Maybe these special lights are allowed now

Just picked up a new 2023 with digital lights and MOST of the features are not present (US Market)

Thats a problem caused by old US laws. Until recently, only the most basic lights were permitted and functions such a these were not.
