If you are attempting to communicate the technical details of a breakthrough in technology, please get someone who has at least a basic grasp of the technology that is being explained. It really grates when a simple concept like "millimeters" are described as "mm" !

If you need to hear engine sounds to make you happy, you can vocalize, or use the stereo system to create them. VROOM! VROOM! It will take you back to your happy childhood when you put playing cards in the spokes of your bicycle. As for pistons, you are never going to get more than 25% efficiency out of them and the engine is fighting to stay in one piece with every explosive power stroke. Toyota also claims they are going to end EVs. They haven't shown us anything, yet.
