Mercedes Diesel Oil Filter Housing Gasket Leak: Don't Use a PAPER Gasket

I will explain one of the more common oil leaks on the 1977 to 1985 Mercedes diesel engines. This applies to the W116, W123 and early W126 diesel passenger cars. There is only one type of gasket you want to use unless you want to do the job again in the not so distant future.
