Unbelievable! Despite the fact that the customer has provided a number of obvious evidence of this vehicle's defectiveness, Mercedes-Benz is still blocking warranty claims.
Interestingly, not only the customer, but also the dealer (Sobiesław Zasada Automotive), who sold and then carefully checked the car, is of the opinion that it has factory defects.
This, however, is irrelevant for the importer - Mercedes-Benz Polska, which, after a controversial "test" published in the previous episode, stopped responding to letters, merely saying that everything is fine with the car.
In the meantime, the vehicle lessor - Mercedes-Benz Leasing, requires another verification of a car that has already been verified many times by a factory service at the importer's headquarters...
In this episode of S63 AMG for EUR 250 000 we go to Warsaw, where the service crew confirms the occurrence of vibrations reported by the customer, however, claiming that they were removed.
The condition of the car, however, does not change and vibrations and jerks during gear changes still occur.
Mercedes-Benz Warsaw in agreement with the leasing company also performs some non-compliant service activities beyond the customer's knowledge. What's more, this service conceals from the customer all data related to vehicle diagnostics and control.
