I actually contacted the original maker of this exhaust about a decade ago and he said it would be $2,700 USD for the headers and $6,000 for the full system. I'm sure the price has gone up since then as well

For anyone seeing this, this is not a M120 v12. It’s a M137 v12 that’s found in the early model w220 s600 (N.A.). The m120 is a Mercedes engine not a Pagani engine, Mercedes supplies the engines for Pagani and built to Pagani specs.

the Pagani Zonda uses the same engine so tweaking the exhaust will make it sound the same or very similar

Urm. No. It uses a variant of the m120 which was in the W140 S600. The M137 in the W220 from 1998-2002 (Before facelift) could technically not really keep up. From 2003-2005 in the W220 there wsa then the biturbo V12 (m275) which had atleast a lot of power... Btw. the CLK GTR used also a variant of the m120 with 6,9L

s class cars are actually pretty quick the w140 s600 with the same engine as most pagani zondas had a 0 to 60 of 6 seconds which is not slow at all also, when delimited could do 170 thats what 400hp does though of course with a real zonda sound it wont match very well...
