Very interesting process. Note that this is the bottom location of the holder clip for the pre-facelift cars. Facelift cars have it in the top area of the mirror.

Hello everyone. First of al thank you for the video. It was greatly useful. However I was able to plug the mirror signal but unable to push the mirror completely. There is still some space left. There is obviously something blocking but and don't know how to remedy to that. Can you please help me. Thank you very much in advance.

I had a problem connecting bulb wire. The non-original part has to short wires and no attached connector like original one

Great video, I changed mine out to a smoked set. Looks great, anyone know how to get rid of the bulb warning saying it's out. I may tint the factory ones if I can't fix it. Annoying!!!

I replaced my gaskets on the side view mirror ($35.00 on eBay and 1/2 hour labor), 3 torx screws holding the mirror motor, wire loom goes through the door and the connection for the motor was in the door. I solved that problem in the video. I also came up with a fix for the wipers, so I could replace them with regular auto part store wipers, no more $100.00 MB wipers for me. check out my video, go to my channel and watch MERCEDES BENZ WIPER REPLACEMENT MOD AND MIRROR GASKET REPLACEMENT MOD
