good video, good option for these states with front lic. plate. However, for people that want lighter receiver for generators, bikes this is overkill and much more work and funds than weld $20 harbor freight receiver or other similar attachments, the video is heavy duty option

@Vexas please elaborate on adapter if intended use is to transport (2) 75lbs each electric bikes. Is this too heavy for welded solution? Thanks in advance.

It's prior to the VS30 (2019) for sure. Date of video alone rules that out.
