Looks really slick! Great job. Any rust issues? I've heard the pre-2004 or pre-2005 models are absolute rust buckets but Mercedes changed the paint they used or something...?

Thanks for the feedback, i no longer have the van but it had not issues with rust while i had it. They started galvanizing the body which helped.

Hi Barry, yeah i sold it unfortunately. I estimate up to £4000 for all the materials. Including the wheels and windows. I meant to do a total cost for it but never got round to it.

Did the converted interior rattle when you drove on rough roads?

Hi. I didn't really drive on rough roads. It was more items stored that I heard rattle. Plates, pans etc.

Hi thanks for watching. I got the plywood roof from eBay. It comes pre cut. Most of the wiring I got from rayne automotive.
