This is a short video on how to change the fuel filter on a MB c class w 203 . This service should be done at least every 50 000 miles althoug most of " previous owners " did not change it for much longer . Not changing the fuel filter might cause starting problems , low pressure in the fuel lines and therefore the injectors or a clogged fuel filter can put extra wear on the fuel pump .

That small line on top of the notch is for the fuel pressure regulator not a return line only vacuum in there :) but nice video!

I was actually wondering how the fuel pressure regulator works on this car , because it seams to be attached only on the fuel rail and than nothing seams to come in or out of it (like vacuum hoses or electric connector ) 🤔

I have a Benz c180 I changed the fuel pump but when u drive for like 6 kilometres it stops itself but when you start again it starts what could be the problem is it fuel filter or?

Hi I have m111955 c200 with a hard start problem.. I replaced the fuel filter to Fram 9526 fuel filter hard start problem goes away but after driving a while the car losses power to a stand still without engine shut off then recovers itself then again in a few minutes... I return the old filter and back to hard start but perfect driving without any hesitation after it finally start.. this is the old filter please assist old filter written IF-72 HB 136

Now i have problem with the fuel level gauge I think that the fuel is not returning from the left side of the tank into the right side ( passenger side) where the pump is. Hello. I have a c200 kompressor from 2002. It tells med opposite values. I have LTFT 9,4% But my first O2 sensor gives 1,05 volt and my lambda is 0,88. Can you tell the problem?

First on a 2002 model there are narrow band o2 sensors which should not pass 0.9 volts . Appart from that its impossible to guess around . Only by making some further tests the issue can be detected .

Hola buenas tardes, actualmente tengo un Mercedes Benz clase C180 kompresor año 2006 5 puertas, consulte en un Autorepuestos de piezas y compre el filtro de combustible igual que en el vídeo, pero increíble el coche mío no tiene filtro de gasolina a la vista para cambiar revisado toda la parte interior del vehículo y nada no está a la vista , en el Autorepuestos me aseguran que si lleva filtro de combustible pero no lo veo que opinas estará en el adorador del vehículo en la bomba de combustible ? Hi ! The filter might be under the passenger seat / driver side / left . On the right passenger seat it will be the fuel pump . Sorry for late reply .

Fuel filer is read like "FIUL" .. you say something like: Fuel.. there is no UE in there. Is F I U L. FIUL.
