Thanks for video! my 2003 ML270 blows no cool air despite the AC evaporator is absolutely cold. And I feel wery well that coolant inlet hose to heater core is hot and outlet hose is warm - so I am actually cooling my engine with my AC unit 🙂... Now I am pretty sure that blend door actuator has been seized somewhere in the middle and thanks to your video I know how to fix the problem!
