How are the running (maintenance) costs on this car? I really really like it and want to go for it but I'm worried about the breakage and running costs. Interested in S350 wouldn't mind going for one that's done 180k km at worst.

I have an S320 CDI long wheel, the car has the best fuel economy and even though it lacks performance it still reliable

It's really a masterpiece. Owned the same car for 4 years.. spend a fortune servicing.. but its all quality, smoothness and power drive..

Usually I use a GoPro inside + digicam for outside. For this video it’s a GoPro both inside and out

Airmatic for w221 is around 1.5k sgd in Malaysia 4 piece original. For jaguar xj 350 it cost more

generally reliable but expensive to replace when they wear out

@@CarLifeSG bear in mind there are some great aftermarket options now. Bilstein make a fantastic air strut for these cars less than 1k each, plus fitting.

the air suspension is very expensive if it fails. reliability wise you'll get different opinions from different people, but from speaking to owners there are things that fail here and there, but just bear in mind this is an old car with alot of electronics on board

2006? This looks newer than that. I remembered the 2006 model looked different. The one in the video looks more like 2013

From 2006-2013 it’s the same generation (W221)

@@CarLifeSG according to SGcarmart and Wiki, the W221was launched in 2007 facelifted in 2009 and Discontinued in 2013. So the one you reviewed is definitely newer than 2006. Unless this was a facelift conversion
