Hook your own loads. I use a coordinator though but I had to opt in for it. Otherwise you will say you don’t want one.

Im with mercer been here for 5 months i beem staying out 3 to 4 weeks at a time and still not see no real money here because the dead head between each load be so much.

@TruckinWithTy864 I have an International I'm hauling flatbed. I'm starting to see van rates close to what flat is making. Idk how much distance the dry van loads are but I regularly do 200 to 300 dead head per load. I trying to go back to tanker. The company not bad just cheap freight
