Introduction to Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt

Dr. Myriam Quispe-Agnoli, associate professor of economics at Mercer University's Stetson-Hatcher School of Business, and Dr. Eric Kushins, assistant professor of management at Berry College, provide an overview of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training. Lean Six Sigma aims to improve business processes and quality management. In this session, learn tools for continuous process improvement and decreasing process variation. A Yellow Belt participates as a core team member or subject matter expert (SME) on a project or projects but does not lead projects on their own.
