Yes, but more accurately it seems to be an International 7.3 IDI with a turbo on it somewhere.

Apparently these were branded Cummins, then Mercruiser, and there was an IDI version rated for 270 hp, and the direct injected Powerstoke rated for 300 hp, but don't quote me on that because even I think that sounds dumb. Still is the same block as a 7.3 diesel from International Navistar.
