For me this week: #4. Challenged by an elder authority regarding some content I worked hard on for a collaborative presentation. Struggled with whether my content provided value. Decided the authority was stepping out of bounds in an area that is not his expertise (but mine)and stuck with the concepts but chose a different and simplified model in place of another. Submitted the slide deck with confidence in my knowledge. Also had the opportunity to inform and communicate to another elder authority (who i had chosen to be my mentor) self-validation of my qualities of character through human design knowledge I had learned just hours bf he emailed me. It felt good to own my personal power and push back on some Boomers' (Saturn)perspectives while getting the knowledge (Uranus/Mercury) I needed to validate myself (Sun)and my own ideas and self-image/identity🎉🎉
