Sam, why are the retrograde planets closer to Earth than the normal? My understanding is that when a planet retrogrades, it slows down with respect to the Earth gives a Doppler effect. The trajectory should be the same. Isn't it?

I'd say because of this, I've become almost OBSESSIVE over details. Within my family, friends and even teacher I am know as the person who always notices the unnoticed. I'm still lose things all the damn time, but because of my mercury retrograde I've slowly been addressing my organizational flaws. 🙄
