I played 3 games of OG Mercy and lets just say, I'm beyond grateful for Mercy movement now LOL and also that we have way more supports in general.

OG Mercy movement was for a different game. Far less hit scan hero's at the time to shoot her down, far more shields on the field etc.

I first really started playing Overwatch when Mercy had gotten her hybrid setting for GA, and I’ve been around ever since! But, that also means I’ve never really experienced the classic mercy 🤭 so I think it would be a lot of fun to see your experience with it!

I know that sombra is terrible to play against but they need to buff her cause I would rather take my chance with a sombra than a widow. I have been seeing widow every game and it's soo irritating ,I hate hiding the whole time and the moment I choose to reposition I'm dead. It may be a skill issue though

Yea I was so happy to get that rez ult back but at the same rate it was so different reverting back to no super jump 🤣 eventually I got back into the swing but man. I kinda like how it is now ngl😅

How do you super jump so high?? Even when I fully charge my meter I don’t go nearly as high up as you do.

Seems that Widow did not like Mercy this match, tons of widow deaths in these games lol. But yeah old Mercy Rez was pretty amazing, impactful. But it also suffered from being so useful you could sit on it all match and never use it. Other than the cliche "die on point" move you often had allies die alone, or too far from each other to get more than one person. Committing your Rez was a huge play as mercy. Honestly the best version of Rez was the early days where Valk reset it. Letting you get 2 or 3 separate rez's in quick succession with Ulting.

imo the og ultimate for mercy was superior and I prefer it more than the current one. but the thing with overwatch classic mercy is that they forgot to do the super jump and idk why, like i was super excited to try it again..

they didn't forget, there was no superjump or slingshot at launch. it was only added after the valk rework
